Summary of Job Duties:

Working under the supervision of the Football Chief of Staff, the Director of Football Creative Media will provide content for marketing and recruiting purposes. They will manage Graphic Designers for football, responsible for the visual brand of the University of Arkansas Razorback Football.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education

Experience working on a NCAA Division I, or professional sports creative video staff

Experience with any video editing software, and Microsoft Office

Experience with post-production

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading and instructing full time employees

Experience leading and instructing a group of undergraduate students

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as in a self-directed and productive manner

Ability to manage time effectively and productively

Ability to work in a quick-paced work environment with tight deadlines
