Events Assistant

Job Description

As an Events Assistant at Sonar Spark, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events that enhance our clients' brand visibility and engagement. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and a passion for creating memorable event experiences. You will work closely with our events team to ensure each event is executed smoothly and meets our high standards.

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, schedules, and vendor management.
• Support event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all aspects are handled efficiently.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure all event details are confirmed and executed as planned.
• Manage event materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring they are organized and ready for use.
• Monitor event progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise to ensure a successful outcome.
• Provide post-event support, including gathering feedback and preparing reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
