RGX Rim Repair in Fayetteville, NC is looking for an energetic, outgoing and enthusiastic professional with strong work ethic to be part of our dynamic growing company! Must enjoy working with customers and have excellent communication skills. Our compensation is competitive and is based on your skills and experience. Hourly pay + fantastic bonus opportunities!

• Initiates and builds relationships with customers by providing information about our services
• Promotes services and secures sales via phone, email and other channels
• Receives high volume of inbound phone calls for estimates and appointments
• Builds customer rapport & confidence in the RGX Rim Repair brand by explaining estimates and our step-by-step process of rim repair
• Uses dispatch system to retrieve and distribute customer information to technicians
• Schedules service appointments and delivers a great customer experience
• Identifies upsell opportunities with new and existing customers
• Must be able to work in a high-paced environment, stay organized and multitask
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Phone sales / customer service experience preferred, but not required
