ABOUT THE POSITION:

A well-established dental practice is seeking a General Dentist to join their team in Fayetteville, NC. This is a modern, fully equipped office designed to support a wide range of general dentistry services.

• Monday – Friday schedule

• Collaborative 2-doctor practice model

• General dentistry with opportunities for implant placement (office already equipped with Pan)

• 8 operatories with strong clinical support team, including 2 hygienists and 2 dental assistants

• Patient base primarily includes cash and insured patients (no Medicaid)

• Average of 12–15 patients per day, plus hygiene checks

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Daily minimum guarantee transitioning to 30–32% of adjusted production
