Part-time Endodontist position at DOCS Dental on Army and Air Force bases across the U.S. We offer Endodontists a modern, supportive clinical environment with a steady referral base, autonomy in treatment planning, and the opportunity to provide care to a service-connected population — all without the administrative burden of running a private practice. • Daily Compensation or Percentage of Adjusted Production
• Flexible Scheduling: 2-4 days per month, with opportunity to increase
• Malpractice Coverage Provided
• Supportive Team Culture:
  Work alongside general dentists, assistants, and administrative support staff
• No On-Call or After-Hours Expectations

• Diagnose and treat pulpal and periapical conditions using evidence-based endodontic techniques
• Perform root canal therapy (including retreatment), pulpotomies, apicoectomies, and related surgical procedures as needed
• Utilize digital radiography, and other diagnostic tools for treatment planning
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, post-operative care, and prevention
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic health records
• Collaborate with general dentists to coordinate care plans and ensure continuity of treatment
• Uphold strict infection control and sterilization protocols in compliance with CDC and OSHA standards

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental program
• Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program
• Active, unrestricted state dental license
• CPR/BLS Certification
• DEA license (if applicable)
• Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screening, and obtain Real  military base access
