Funto Network is seeking a Public Engagement and Environmental Planning Specialist for upcoming project opportunity: RFLOI FAMPO 2055 MTP AND CMP UPDATE.

• Identify the audiences affected by FAMPO 2055 transportation planning.
• Map the concerns and information needs of those FAMPO 2055 transportation planning audiences.
• Prepare accessible explanations of the FAMPO 2055 transportation planning alternatives.
• Plan opportunities for affected people to comment on FAMPO 2055 transportation planning.
• Gather the views expressed about FAMPO 2055 transportation planning.
• Record FAMPO 2055 transportation planning questions and concerns accurately.
• Group FAMPO 2055 transportation planning feedback into issues that planners can assess.
• Check how proposed FAMPO 2055 transportation planning recommendations address the feedback.
• Explain unresolved FAMPO 2055 transportation planning concerns and planning tradeoffs.
• Prepare the engagement record used to inform FAMPO 2055 transportation planning decisions.

• Demonstrated experience performing Public Engagement and Environmental Planning Specialist responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
