A leading pain practice in Fayetteville, North Carolina, seeks a highly skilled Interventional Pain Management Physician to join its collaborative team. This role offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact patients’ lives by addressing chronic pain conditions in a supportive, patient-centered environment within a vibrant community.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and consultations to create tailored treatment plans for patients with chronic pain.
- Perform a range of interventional procedures, including epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, sacroiliac joint injections, spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve blocks, discography, and vertebroplasty/kyphoplasty.
- Interpret diagnostic imaging (X-rays, CT scans, MRIs) to identify conditions and recommend appropriate therapies.
- ACGME‑accredited training with a completed fellowship in pain management.
- Board certification in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation or Anesthesiology preferred.
- Proven track record of success in a clinical pain management setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to patient‑centered care.
Monday to Friday, standard business hours, offering a predictable schedule that supports work‑life balance.
Compensation & BenefitsThe position offers a competitive base salary of $350,000–$375,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. A guaranteed base salary is provided for the first 1–2 years to ensure a smooth transition into the practice. After the guarantee period, compensation shifts to a production‑based model, offering increased earning potential based on performance metrics and patient volume. The comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, a retirement plan, generous paid time off, and continuing education allowances to support professional growth.
