• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll teach you how!).
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience!

• You're open to being a goofball and love giving high‑five’s (a background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, dance, or early childhood education helps).
• You have a background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, or education.
• You live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good.

• You love to have fun but know when to buckle down and do work.

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer a springboard to life’s adventures using movement‑based learning and imaginative play to build confidence and skills at every stage of childhood. For over 40 years our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent‑child classes, gymnastics, dance, camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics, and awesome birthday parties.

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise Somersault Operating, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that franchise. Inquiries about employment should be made directly to the franchisee, not to The Little Gym Franchising Corporate.
