* Completion of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
* Minimum undergraduate GPA of at least a 3.0
* Undergraduate experience in event planning, student staff training & development, and student organization leadership experience
** Preferred Graduate Academic Programs:
*** M.Ed. in Higher Education (HIED)
* Ed.D. in Education (HIED)
* Ed.S. in Education (EDUC)
* M.S. in Marketing (WCOB)
* M.Ed. in Adult Education (ADED)

** Successful enrollment in a graduate-degree seeking program at the University of Arkansas

* ** Compensation & Benefits:
*** Salary Amount: $19,260 for 50% appointed, 12-month master’s seeking GA position
* In-state and out-of-state tuition is waived
* 12-month Graduate Assistant's summer class tuition is waived
