The primary goal of the Office of Admission at Fayetteville State University is to attract and enroll a diverse student body that represents a wide range of geographic, religious, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. To do so, the Office of Admission will work closely with alumni and other constituencies to support recruitment efforts while promoting excellent customer service and transparency about the admission process.
PrimaryPurpose of the Position:
The Admissions Processor supports the Office of Admissions in recruiting and admitting a diverse student body to Fayetteville State University. This role ensures the smooth flow of the application process, updating and managing applicant files through systems like NOLIJ and SCT Banner and ensuring all materials are accurately processed for counselor review. The Admissions Processor helps maintain high standards of customer service and accurate communication with prospective students and stakeholders.
MinimumEducation and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Experience with CRM systems and complex data entry.
Strong time management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently on detailed projects.
Preferred Qualifications:- Proficient in Excel and database management
- Experience with NOLIJ and SCT Banner
