* At least two years of experience in program administration or a related area
* At least one year of experience in student financial aid or a related area

The formal education equivalent of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
* At least two years of administration experience in higher education
* Experience with enrollment or student record management program (Blackbaud, Slate, People Soft, etc.)
* Demonstrated commitment to positive customer service

*** Knowledge of professional practices related to student success, student persistence, and Student Development Theory
* Strong professional interpersonal communication, both verbal and written
* Ability to use computers and computer applications to complete job responsibilities (e.g., use of Microsoft Office applications, web-based learning platforms, and web-based student information systems)
