* Master’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education in social work, counselor education, clinical or counseling psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education
* Eligible to obtain LAC, LMSW, or provisional psychologist license in the state of Arkansas within 60 days of hire
* All of the above PLUS
* State of Arkansas license for independent practice in social work, counselor education, clinical or counseling psychology or a related field (LPC, LCSW, or fully licensed LP)
* Doctoral degree from an accredited institution of higher education in social work, counselor education, clinical or counseling psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education
* At least three years of experience in the evaluation and treatment of individuals whose age and psychological development are similar to traditional and non-traditional college students
* Experience working within brief models of care, as evidenced in application materials
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Evidence of strong communication, including public speaking skills
* Demonstrated ability to function as part of a highly cohesive and interdisciplinary team
* Ability to work with broad populations
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Ability to work effectively in crisis situations
* Ability to balance administrative tasks with clinical tasks
* Commitment to multiculturalism and culturally responsive clinical practice
