Top Secret Responsibilities:
* Support SGM and Deputy TES as TES SME for SOF individual and crew-served weapons and small arms ammunition.
* Prepare and develop requirements documentation (ICDs, CDDs, SPECAT, BOIPs, Test Plans, project folders).
* Provide advice and training on advanced drilling/technology applications where applicable, as well as explosive planning factors when tied to TES test environments.
* Support design, testing, and fielding of weapons and ammunition solutions aligned with SOF requirements. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum 10+ years in weapons and small arms ammunition development, testing, or fielding, including 3-5+ years working with SOF or specialized weapons programs.
* Familiarity with industry SAAMI specifications and small arms employment TTPs.
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Ballistics, or related field, or equivalent armorer/ordnance background.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with weapons/ammunition requirements development and test range operations.
