Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance

Work Schedule:

Onsite, Full-time, Monday–Friday

Role Overview :

The Senior Electrical / Electronics Engineer serves as senior technical leadership supporting complex DoD systems. This Key Personnel role provides engineering oversight, technical decision-making, and customer interface for system integration, testing, and sustainment.

Responsibilities include technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, supporting fielding operations, coordinating with program management, and ensuring engineering compliance with contract requirements.

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
• Critical Thinking Skills
• Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed

Specific Skillset

• Expert-level experience in electrical and electronic system design and analysis
• Ability to lead system architecture development and technical design reviews
• Extensive experience interpreting and approving electrical schematics and technical documentation
• Deep understanding of power distribution, signal integrity, and EMI/EMC mitigation
• Proven experience leading complex troubleshooting, failure analysis, and corrective actions
• Ability to provide technical mentorship and guidance to engineering teams
• Strong knowledge of applicable engineering standards, safety, and compliance requirements

Requirements Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field (required)
• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or advanced technical certifications (preferred)

Experience Requirements

• 12+ years experience supporting advanced DoD systems
• Experience leading engineering teams
• OCONUS and deployed operations experience
