• Provide exceptional service to all customers.
• Process credit loan applications and present loan solutions.
• Maintain office cash with accuracy and security.
• Grow account volume through customer solicitations in branch and by telephone.
• Minimize delinquent debt through follow‑up calls and collections.
• Track and post payments and fees in compliance with Company Policy.
• Transport money and deposits to and from the bank.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Prior customer service experience in sales/retail or cash management environments.
• Must pass drug screening, criminal, and credit background checks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle with liability insurance.

This position is office‑based, providing consumer loan products in person and over the phone. Typical hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required. Overtime may be required as needed.
