Physician Assistant – Outpatient Pain Management

Full-Time | Direct Hire

We’re seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join a growing outpatient pain management and spine/joint care practice in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

In this role, you’ll partner with physicians and CRNAs to deliver advanced patient care, assist with procedures, and manage individualized treatment plans in a low-stress, supportive environment that prioritizes patient outcomes and work‑life balance.

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including histories and physical exams
• Assist with and perform interventional pain management and joint procedures (within licensed scope)
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests
• Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Provide patient education and post-procedure follow-up
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure excellent patient outcomes

• Active Physician Assistant license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
• Graduate of an accredited PA program
• NCCPA certification and NPI required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strong communication and clinical decision‑making skills
• Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or outpatient surgery preferred (not required)
