• Average total compensation: $65,000–$88,000 for 30 service hours per week
• Base rate: $20–$25 per 50‑minute Swedish massage
• Uncapped commission: $5–$9 per 50‑minute massage
• Tips average 18%–25% of non‑member price; typical $20–$30 per base service
• Weekly pay with tips paid same day
• 401(k) with 5% company match (average $600/year)
