The Respiratory Therapist provides respiratory and pulmonary therapy, management, and rehabilitation under the direction of a doctor. The Respiratory Therapist treats conditions that affect the pulmonary system and help patients who are having trouble breathing from infants to the elderly in a variety of health care settings.
Minimum Requirements:
- Current Respiratory Therapist Certification or Registration for the state in which he/she practices
- One year of respiratory therapy clinical experience preferred
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age Compliance & Ethics Expectations

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) for a night-shift travel assignment at a reputable medical facility in Fayetteville, NC. This role is ideal for a therapist who thrives in a fast-paced acute care environment and enjoys working a consistent night schedule.
Schedule
48 hours per week
12-hour shifts (6p–6a)
Every other weekend required
13-week duration
Compensation
$2,664 per week (blended)
Weekly direct deposit
Travel reimbursement options available
Qualifications
Active RRT or CRT credential
Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience (ICU preferred)
Current BLS (and ACLS if required by the facility)
Active North Carolina license or compact-eligible
Responsibilities
Administer respiratory therapy treatments and modalities
Perform assessments, manage ventilators, and support critical care patients
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams
