Our client, MDB Group, is looking to fill an All Source Intelligence Analyst position for our customer in Fayetteville, NC. We are a Small Business Administration certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) in Lorton, Virginia. MDB Group provides Technical, Operational, Force Development, Financial, and Acquisition Consulting Services to the Department of Défense. We currently have team members supporting the Army Deputy Chief of Staff for Programs (G-8) Force Development (FD) Directorates;
the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology); and the Office of the Under Secretary of Defence for Intelligence & Security. We are honoured to have been awarded our third consecutive Army G8 Force Development contract.

- Performs as a Capabilities Protection Cell (CPC) All-Source Intelligence Specialist for various disciplines that impact U.S. Special Operations Forces (USSOF) and Army Special Operations Forces (ARSOF).
- Conducts threat analysis in support of capabilities protection, vendor threat mitigation, and influence operations.
- Assesses developments, trends, and adversary Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) implications of CPC operations.
- Prepares all-source intelligence products, collection plans, and assessments for various projects that support the USASOC mission.
- Minimum qualifications include ten years experience as a U.S. Army All Source Intelligence Warrant Officer (350F).
- There is no civilian education substitute.
- Experience working with fusing information obtained from multiple intelligence disciplines to conduct assessments or develop intelligence estimates is required.
- Experience as a collection manager or working collection requirements is desired.
- Experience working within the U.S. Special Operations Forces (USSOF) is desired.
- Experience in targeting operations desired. Experience in Joint MILDEC desired. Experience in post-op Assessments desired.
