Deploy
360 is seeking an experienced Platform Engineer with 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and maintaining enterprise-level platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Red Hat Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and Dev Ops practices, coupled with the ability to operate in a secure and dynamic environment with experience working in on-premise environments. Your work will directly support mission-critical systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain platform solutions based on Red Hat Linux.
• Containerize applications and manage deployments using Docker.
• Deploy, orchestrate, and maintain Kubernetes workloads in enterprise environments.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) to automate build, deployment, and configuration workflows.
• Troubleshoot system, performance, and deployment issues across distributed environments.
• Monitor and optimize platform performance using industry-standard logging and observability tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, security, and operations teams to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and compliance.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements to existing system architecture.
• Support operations in secure, mission-critical, on-premise and cloud-integrated environments.

Required Qualifications

• 6–10 years in platform engineering, systems engineering, Dev Ops, or related technical fields.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Red Hat Linux administration (enterprise environment).

• Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration.

• CI/CD pipeline development and automation tooling.

• Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, etc.).

• Monitoring and logging systems for distributed platforms.

• Experience working in on-premise environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills. Clearance Requirement
