Technical Program Manager IV
Location:
US Remote (PST Preferred) Duration: 7+ Months
Position Overview
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager IV with a strong background in finance/corporate development and M&A experience to support high-priority corporate development and finance transformation initiatives.
In this role, you will drive cross-functional alignment, manage fluid timelines, and deliver end-to-end program management across established work streams. You will act as a key liaison between technical, finance, and executive stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment, risk mitigation, and seamless project execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Program Leadership & Execution: Lead and manage complex, multi-workstream transformation initiatives from scope definition through implementation and delivery.
- Financial Decision Support: Provide data-driven analysis and strategic decision support to guide executive stakeholders and program direction.
- M&A & Integration Management: Coordinate and execute program activities related to corporate development, M&A integration, and financial work streams.
- Schedule & Scope Tracking: Develop, monitor, and adapt project schedules and resource plans to navigate fluid, shifting timelines effectively.
- Risk & Issue Mitigation: Identify moderate-to-high risk factors early, perform root-cause analysis, develop contingency plans, and escal...
- Stakeholder Alignment & Communication: Maintain transparent communication channels across technical and non-technical cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity and explicit confirmation across all project dependencies.
- Experience: 10+ years of technical program management experience delivering complex solutions in large-scale, multi-platform environments.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering) or Corporate Finance / Business Administration.
- Finance Expertise: Proven background in finance/accounting focused specifically on strategic analysis and decision support (rather than transactional finance operations).
- M&A
Experience:
Hands-on experience driving project management within M&A or corporate development environments. - Adaptability & Ambiguity: Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, navigate highly ambiguous situations, and maintain control over shifting timelines.
- SDLC Knowledge: Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technology application management.
- Education &
Certifications:
MBA and PMP / PMI certification. - Tech & Tooling: Proficiency with AI tooling, G Suite, and Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs).
- Enterprise Tech
Experience:
Prior experience in large-scale enterprise tech environments.
- Fast Ramp-Up: Rapidly integrate into active project work streams and build trust with senior West Coast stakeholders.
- Proactive Ownership: Drive deliverables forward with a high sense of urgency, taking initiative to clarify assumptions explicitly.
- Agility: Successfully manage moving parts and fluid timelines without compromising program quality or strategic objectives.
