Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to the operations, focusing on providing exceptional service to clients and managing a diverse portfolio of accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

• Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $85,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, primarily focusing on contractors and generalist accounts
• Handle accounts ranging from small to middle market
• Provide end-to-end account management, including quoting new and renewal business, with a primary focus on renewals
• Collaborate with producers to meet client needs and ensure satisfaction
• Utilize Applied Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience:
  
  2-5 years of experience in a similar role within an independent insurance agency; 5+ years preferred
• Proficiency in Applied Epic software is highly desirable
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work onsite initially, with potential for hybrid arrangements in the future
