As Service Performance Coach, you’ll lead and develop a team of skilled technicians, working hands-on to help them grow their skills, boost performance, and deliver exceptional service in customers’ homes.

What you’ll do:
- Coach and develop technicians through ride-alongs, one-to-ones, and training sessions
- Lead daily huddles to align the team and drive continuous improvement
- Monitor and support operational KPIs, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with other service leaders to maintain consistency and share best practices
- Help technicians problem-solve, improve efficiency, and deliver an exceptional in-home experience
What you’ll bring:
- Experience leading and developing field-based technicians in a home services environment
- Hands-on coaching skills, with a focus on behaviours that drive performance
- Familiarity with operational KPIs and technician performance management
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to inspire others
- Understanding of field service culture and the challenges technicians face
Package: $90K–$125K + up to 20% bonus (pays out up to 24%) + 3 weeks’ vacation + benefits + strong career growth opportunities
