Manufacturing Engineer, Production Manager, Operations Manager
The primary objectives will be to achieve results on the High 5 metrics (safety, quality, on‑time delivery, inventory, productivity), drive employee engagement, and develop the team to continuously improve.
Responsibilities- a. Take actions to adjust capacity (labor and/or equipment) to meet new production requirements.
- b. Flex resources and/or product across production lines to meet production requirements.
- Conduct periodical review of area targets.
- Take problem‑solving countermeasures.
- Follow up on the results of the countermeasures.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- No relocation is being offered for this role. All candidates considered must live within 50 miles of the Fayetteville, NC facility. Active‑Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or related manufacturing discipline.
- Lean and/or Six Sigma background.
- Previous role/experience managing others in a manufacturing plant.
