• Coordinate and support internal and external communications initiatives
• Draft, edit, and proofread professional written materials and correspondence
• Assist in developing communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging
• Support content planning, scheduling, and distribution across approved channels
• Maintain organized records and documentation related to communications projects
• Assist with presentations, reports, and official announcements as needed
