- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with a Bachelor's in Nursing or plans to complete in three years, or a Master's in Nursing
- Valid RN License
- Minimum of ten years of Registered Nursing experience, including five years in a supervisory role
- National Nursing Certification required within one year of hire
- In-depth knowledge of the Nurse Practice Act and healthcare regulations
- Master's in Nursing
- Ambulatory Nursing experience
- Experience in clinical research and education
- Familiarity with Magnet standards in nursing practice
- Proven ability to foster teamwork and collaboration across disciplines
