Eventus Whole Health delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Review and sign MARs, all orders related to primary care, and manage lab reviews within 24 hours. Handle narcotic prescriptions as per policy and provide adequate administrative time during visits.
- Complete documentation, submit billing records per policies, and provide facility with copies of documentation within 48 hours.
- Maintain open communication with facility staff, provide instructions and feedback, and meet with facility administrators daily.
- Adhere to Eventus Whole Health standards, policies, legal, regulatory, and ethical guidelines, including HIPAA compliance.
- Consult with the clinical supervisor before refusing resident care requests.
Education:
- Master's degree in Nursing with a valid state license or
- Graduation from an accredited physician assistant program, passing the national certification, and licensure in your state. Geriatric, family, or psychiatry specialization is preferred.
