About the JobThe RN works with a concierge physician to provide healthcare services for corporate clients, ensuring excellent care and experience for patients. Responsibilities include front‑ and back‑office duties such as assessing patients, informing physicians of changes, and ensuring all resources are available. The role is highly visible; the nurse must be a patient resource and meet satisfaction goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Support physician in clinical and administrative functions.
- Interview and assess patients to obtain medical information and report findings to physician.
- Use Electronic Medical Record extensively.
- Perform venipuncture and basic laboratory tests; coordinate with contracted labs.
- Assist with medical procedures.
- Administer injections and vaccinations.
- Coordinate off‑site wellness events (if required).
- Utilize diagnostic and therapeutic equipment (e.g., O2 therapy, EKG).
- Follow infection control procedures throughout the clinic.
- Manage supplies and inventory.
- Maintain patient flow with scheduling and incoming/outgoing calls.
- Coordinate specialist visits, referrals, and outside care.
- Respond to calls from patients, pharmacies, and medical offices as delegated.
- Fulfill medical record requests and abstraction.
- Make the visit a positive and supportive experience for each patient.
- Current BLS certification.
- Nursing license in the state of application.
- Minimum one year experience in primary care.
- At least two years working in an administrative capacity.
- Exceptional phlebotomy skills.
- Patient‑first attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
- Excited to work in an innovative primary‑care delivery model.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for creating best practices.
$35.00–$45.00/hr (may vary by location, experience, or skill level).
