We are seeking a Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner for a 90-day assignment in NC, with an anticipated start date of Nov 15, 2026, on an ongoing basis. This role requires managing complex conditions including heart failure, advanced COPD, chronic kidney disease, and type 2 diabetes. Responsibilities also encompass providing end-of-life and palliative care, as well as addressing various geriatric syndromes. The schedule is a day shift, typically 8:00am to 5:00pm.Responsibilities

• Manage complex conditions such as heart failure, advanced COPD, chronic kidney disease, and type 2 diabetes.
• Provide end-of-life and palliative care.
• Address various geriatric syndromes.

• Board Certification in Geriatric Medicine required.

  Basic Life Support (BLS), Controlled Dangerous Substance (CDS), Controlled Substances Registration (CSR), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
• Experience or added qualifications in geriatrics.
• Minimum one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population.
• The provider must be local.
• Work Setting:
  Outpatient (Clinic Only).
• LOA: 90 days
