Internal Medicine locums coverage in North Carolina in a PACE program providing comprehensive geriatric care, with weekday clinic hours and shared call rotation.

Highlights

• PACE model, comprehensive geriatric care in an interdisciplinary team setting
• Full time weekday schedule, Monday through Friday day shift
• Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Shared on call rotation with nurse practitioners, includes weekend call

Practice Setting

• Clinic based role within a PACE setting focused on geriatric patients
• Medical setting includes a mix of inpatient and outpatient care
• Collaborative, interdisciplinary care model with nurse practitioner support
• Patient volume is TBD

Schedule

• Full time coverage need, Monday through Friday
• Day shift schedule, 8:00am to 5:00pm
• On call rotation shared with nurse practitioners, includes weekend call
• Target start mid November 2026

Requirements

• Must be an Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• One year experience working with geriatric population preferred
• North Carolina medical license required, facility will not wait for license
• BLS, DEA, and CSR required
