Our Fortune 500 client, a major name in automotive manufacturing, is hiring Manufacturing Associates to join its quality inspection team. Every tire you inspect helps keep drivers safe on the road, so this role makes a difference.

If you’re dependable, detail-driven, and ready for a role with stability and benefits,

• Inspecting every tire that comes down the line, checking carefully for defects in appearance, construction, and quality.
• Recording your findings by entering inspection codes into a computer system that show whether each tire passes or which specific defect it has.
• Keeping pace with production. You’ll have about 60 seconds per tire, so you’ll need to stay focused and accurate.
• Documenting defects precisely. Your detailed notes help the team spot trends, fix issues at the source, and maintain high quality standards.
• Working safely and following all plant safety procedures and quality guidelines.

MUST be able to work day and night shifts. 8 hour shifts.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2–3 years of steady work history
• Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience

• $16/hr
