Flynn Hut joined the Pizza Hut system in 2021. In 2023, we expanded internationally by acquiring Pizza Hut's master franchisee in Australia with 260+ units. Today we are the largest Pizza Hut franchisee in the world with 1200+ locations operating in 2 countries. We continue to grow by building new stores and acquiring other franchise operators.

We are one of seven premier brands of Flynn Group, founded in 1999 by Greg Flynn. Flynn owns and operates a diversified portfolio of restaurants across brands including Applebee's, Arbys, Panera Bread, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, Wendy's and Planet Fitness.
