This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role located in Fayetteville, NC. The Salesperson will greet customers, assess their needs, and provide product recommendations to support confident purchasing decisions. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, handling transactions accurately, and keeping the sales floor clean and organized. The role also involves answering customer questions, managing returns or exchanges in line with company policies, and meeting individual and store sales targets.

The Salesperson will collaborate with team members, participate in occasional promotional events, and follow all company procedures and standards.

• Sales and retail skills, including basic product presentation, upselling, and comfort working toward sales goals.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken English and the ability to explain product features and benefits.
• Basic math and cash-handling abilities, including operating a point-of-sale system and processing payments accurately.
• Reliability and professionalism, with consistent attendance, punctuality, and adherence to company policies and dress standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, move around the store, and handle light stocking or merchandising tasks.
• Prior retail or customer-facing experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and accept coaching is essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
