In this role, your day starts early, prepping construction sites, setting up forms, and ensuring everything is perfectly graded. As concrete trucks arrive, you're in the thick of it-pouring, spreading, and leveling concrete with precision. Using hand and power tools like trowels, screeds, and floats, you achieve that flawless finish. Sealants and protective coatings are applied as the final touch. Collaboration is key, and you work closely with a skilled finishing team to meet deadlines and exceed expectations, all while keeping your worksite safe and clean.

Qualifying for this rewarding role is simple, all you need is:

• 3+ years concrete experience

• Experience in forming, rebar, and finishing
