Position: Logistics Specialist with Security Clearance
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our team in Fayetteville, NC. In this role, you will contribute to a mission-focused team that will support military operators and mission partners by supporting logistics operations that ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of supply chain and inventory management systems. You will help coordinate, track, and manage logistical support for projects and personnel while ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Receiving, storing, and issuing materials, equipment, and other items from stockroom, warehouse, or storage yard.

* Maintaining records and compiling stock reports.

* As part of the Global Logistics Team, leading the execution of complex logistics operations.

* Supervising shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities.

* Resolving complex logistical issues, coordinating with freight forwarders and carriers, and ensuring the efficient and compliant execution of all logistics tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

* High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years of experience in logistics operations

* 4+ years of position-specific relevant experience leading logistics or warehouse teams

* Demonstrated expertise in DoW logistics practices, supply chain systems, and inventory control

* Proficiency with logistics databases and asset management systems

* Experience preparing detailed logistics documentation and reports

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree

* Knowledge of military logistics regulations and processes

* Prior military or defense contractor logistics experience

* Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality standards

* Extensive experience with international shipping regulations and hazardous material (HAZMAT) shipping Clearance Requirements:
* Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Physical Requirements:

* The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
