The Route Specialist will cover teammates’ routes during absences and preserve established routes, handling orders, delivery, and unloading products at customer locations in a courteous, professional, compliant, safe, and timely manner. This fast‑paced role also includes stocking and facing products on displays, shelves, coolers, and cold vaults while maintaining appropriate rotation standards. The Route Specialist may train new route sales teammates, assist the Supervisor as needed, manage urgent customer needs, and act as an ambassador for the company and the world’s most recognized brands.

• Cover vacation routes competently, maintaining route standards and sales to prevent missed opportunities and ensure high customer service.
• Order, fill, merchandise, and rotate products on shelves, displays, cold vaults, and cooler equipment according to company standards.
• Perform specified activities per route discipline (bulk, conventional, full service, and cold bottle).
• Assist the Supervisor in training new route sales teammates and other supervision duties, focusing on safety, efficiency, and customer service.
• Handle urgent customer needs to meet commitments in a timely, consistent, and professional manner.
• Assist supervisor with projects, tasks across the territory, and other duties as assigned.

• Perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis.
• Past job performance reflects dependability, initiative, professional demeanor, and sound judgment.
• Work in a fast‑paced continuous lifting environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. of product repetitively.
• Availability to work some weekends and holidays.
• Previous route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products, or retail management experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent safety record.
• Push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand‑truck) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance.
• Read, speak, write, and understand English and perform basic math skills.
• Route Specialist is a senior role capable of covering any route discipline.
• Multiple payment types across the company.

• Valid driver’s license for your state of residency with an excellent 7‑year motor vehicle record.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or Class A permit, or ability to obtain one.
• Pass and maintain DOT physical requirements.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Retail management or merchandising experience.

Work environment may vary, including exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas that may be nontemperature controlled.
