Only about 1,100 miles a week, and drivers still average $1,700 to $2,100. The difference is $320 unload pay on every load and a schedule that brings you home every week.
The Numbers- 3 loads a week, 3 stops each
- $320 per load for unloading
- $0.70 per mile to start, up to $0.84
- Stop pay on top
- Out Sunday or Monday, home Friday night or Saturday night
- 34 hour reset at home every week
- Hand unload at retail stores using rollers
- No touch live loads on backhauls
- Automatic transmission sleeper, 53 foot dry van
- Paid mentor ride along your first 3 loads, $175 a day
- Medical with 4 plans to choose from
- HSA with company match, dental, vision
- 401(k) with company contribution
- Life insurance, AD&D and PTO
- 21 or older, at least 3 months solo tractor trailer experience
- Valid Class A CDL matching your current state
- No more than 2 moving violations and no preventable accidents in 3 to 5 years
- No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years; military experience considered with a valid DD214
- Pass hair and urine drug testing, no SAP drivers
- Live within 75 miles of Fayetteville, NC
