SWARCO UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Works Scheduler for our Customer Services team in Featherstone, England. This full-time hybrid role involves coordinating reactive faults, planned maintenance and engineer workloads to achieve high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
You will work with engineers, Service Delivery Managers and customers, ensuring requests are handled from receipt through to completion, while complying with QHSE procedures and company policies.
