Production Team Leader

Job Overview

We're looking for a Production Team Leader to run a busy production line and lead a team in a fast‑paced warehouse/ production environment. The role requires a hands‑on focus on daily targets, labour management and high standards across quality, safety and hygiene.

Hours:

37.5 hours Mon - Fri rotating 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm

• Lead and motivate a production team to meet hourly and daily targets.
• Manage labour, output and performance on shift.
• Ensure quality, GMP, hygiene and H&S standards are consistently met.
• Use production systems to monitor performance and drive improvement.
• Reduce waste and keep areas audit‑ready.
• Support training, development and performance conversations.

• Experience in manufacturing, production or FMCG.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• A practical, results‑focused approach in a fast‑moving environment.
