Klöckner Pentaplast seeks a production operations leader for our Featherstone, West Yorkshire site. You will oversee day-to-day manufacturing, lead multiple shifts, and drive safe, efficient production aligned with quality standards. 37.5 hours per week, full-time role based in the UK.
Responsible for achieving KPIs, managing budgets, and coaching teams to continuous improvement while ensuring regulatory compliance across ISO, BRC and GMP standards.
