The position starts with a paid test edit, with the potential for a long‑term freelance relationship.
- Edit talking‑head You Tube videos with a focus on pacing, retention, and audience engagement.
- Collaborate in‑person at the home studio for studio setup, creative brainstorming, and feedback sessions.
- Apply graphics, sound design, and color correction to enhance video quality.
- Ensure all edits align with the channel’s brand and storytelling style.
- Prepare final deliverables optimized for You Tube upload.
- Based in the Seattle–Tacoma area with ability to work in‑person as needed (remote‑only applicants will not be considered).
