Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Customer Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis (.50 FTE) in Auburn, WA. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and a strong understanding of behavioral health services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients seeking behavioral health services.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate services for clients.
- Assist clients with completing necessary paperwork and forms.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure clients receive appropriate care.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of behavioral health services and terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems.
- Pass required background checks.
Work is performed inside and outside in varying temperatures. Employees may be required to push or lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that require upper and lower body strength. Employees may be exposed to office supply odors or vapors. Employees are mostly sitting; they also stand, walk, type, bend, write, read, interpret and explain complex issues and speak on the telephone.
