About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our agency, assisting English‑ and Spanish‑speaking clients with their insurance needs. This role isn’t just a job—it’s a career stepping stone that opens doors to a variety of opportunities in insurance and financial services. Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support – Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, text, and in person, ensuring every client feels valued and supported.
  • Daily Service Requests – Handle common customer service tasks, such as
    • Processing payments
    • Assisting with policy questions or making basic changes (e.g., address updates, email changes)
    • Providing requested documentation (e.g., proof of insurance)
    • Answering questions about the status of claims
    • Coordinating with back‑office operations to resolve issues
    • Maintaining policies to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth day‑to‑day service
  • Bilingual Communication – Use your Spanish and English fluency to assist clients effectively and accurately.
  • Opportunity Identification – Recognize client needs and partner with the sales team to offer tailored solutions.
  • Technology Proficiency – Confidently use office software, customer management systems, and other technologies to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with the team to achieve agency goals and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Licensing Requirement – Obtain a Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance license within 30 days of your start date. We’ll provide the resources and guidance to ensure your success.

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential.
  • Customer Service Experience – A minimum of 1–2 years in customer service is required. Experience in an office setting is strongly preferred.
