Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, part of the Pacific Northwest Division of Common Spirit, actively seeks a highly motivated and skilled Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN physician to join our esteemed team in Federal Way, WA. This part‑time (.40 FTE) position is within a well‑established and busy physician and midwife women's health group located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Our group consists of 5 OB/GYN physicians, 6 CNMs, and 2 APPs, with support from 6 MFMs, 1 urogynecologist, and 2 gynecologic oncologists. We provide evidence‑based women’s healthcare services, including both gynecology and obstetrics – high‑risk obstetrics and surgical care. Comprehensive pregnancy care is offered with in‑office ultrasound, Maternal Fetal Medicine, urogynecology, gynecologic oncology, and MIGS support. We have 24/7 OB hospitalist coverage for triage, emergencies and ED calls.

St. Francis Hospital is a 124‑bed Level III trauma center located in Federal Way, WA. The state‑of‑the‑art birth center has 22 beds and 24/7 in‑house laborist and anesthesia coverage. It includes a 6‑bed Level II special‑care nursery and a partnership with Seattle Children’s for specialty newborn care. Approximately 150 deliveries occur per month. For gynecologic surgeries, 3 XI da Vinci robotic systems are available with block time.

• MD or DO, Board Certified/Board Eligible (must become BC within the first two years of employment)
• 2 years of practice experience as an OB/GYN required.
• Washington State medical license required at time of employment.
• DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS for Health Providers certification by the American Heart Association.

$156.26 – $231.63 per hour
