• Teach amazing classes and lead birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Be ready to lead and make a positive impact on the growth and development of children and families.

• You're open to being playful and enjoy giving high fives. A background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics helps.
• You have background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, or education.
• You live to serve; making others feel good makes you feel good.
• Kids and parents like you.
• You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your classmates.
• You love fun but know when to buckle down and work.

• Tuesday & Thursday – Afternoon Required
• Saturday – Full Day Availability Required
• 10‑20 weekly hours

Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs use movement‑based learning and imaginative play to build confidence and skills. We offer parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, camps, and birthday parties.
