About the RoleCompanion caregivers, also known as Papa Pals, are warm, caring individuals who provide part-time companionship and assistance to older adults and families. Support includes help around the house, running errands, providing transportation, and most importantly—friendly company. As a caregiver in Federal Way, WA, you’ll make a positive impact in your community.
Compensation and Schedule- Earn up to $18.00/hr with bonuses.
- Mileage reimbursement for transportation visits, depends on your location (not available everywhere).
- Work on your own flexible schedule using the mobile app to choose from hourly visit opportunities, typically 2–4 hours each; create your own schedule around your life.
- No prior caregiving experience needed.
- Age 21 or older.
- Ability to communicate in English.
- Valid U.S. issued driver’s license.
- Proof of valid vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
- Access to a smartphone.
- Access to a vehicle [] or newer.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Pass a background check.
- Pass a motor vehicle report.
