• Oversee the daily operations of the information technology department
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures
• Manage and maintain company hardware, software, and network systems

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (foreign degree accepted)
• Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, security protocols, and network infrastructure
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Master's degree in Information Technology or Business Administration (foreign degree accepted)
• Certification in project management or IT service management (PMP or ITIL)
• Experience working with international teams or clients
