The Project Manager supervises and directs all aspects of a community, maintaining schedules, coordinating with department heads and external consultants for architectural design and site planning.

- Maintain community and construction schedules, overseeing all construction activities and quality control.
- Coordinate input from Division Executives on site and architectural design.
- Supervise and coordinate with outside consultants (architecture, civil engineering, landscape architecture, soils engineering).
- Provide weekly written reports on progress, trade partner meetings, agency contacts, problem resolution, and safety meetings.
- Create and maintain site budgets.
- Negotiate contracts with external consultants.
- Assist in preparing feasibility studies.
- Coordinate DRE processing, CC&R’s, set up HOAs, and act as liaison/board member if needed.
- Secure and manage bond exoneration.
- Coordinate model complexes and conditional use permits.
- Support the Operations Department during construction.
- Minimum 7 years in community development, redevelopment, economic development, or housing (public agency, private company, or non‑profit).
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree preferred (Urban Design, Planning, Real Estate, Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field). - Advanced PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical and writing skills.
- Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
- Strong motivational, managerial, and organizational skills.
- Work location requires travel to Enumclaw, WA.
This primarily sedentary office position requires occasional bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, moving, and carrying office supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity required for keyboard, calculator, telephone use.
General Overview of Compensation & BenefitsBase compensation ranges from $78,122 to $142,341 annually, subject to adjustments based on qualifications, geographic pay differentials, and operational considerations.
