Job OverviewAs a Multi-Unit Team Leader, you will oversee three H&R Block offices, providing leadership to customer-centric teams to drive seasonal tax business growth. You will be responsible for team leadership, associate development, and delivering excellent client service. Prior tax preparation experience is not required.
This role starts as a flexible part-time position in the fall, transitioning to full-time from January to April, with evening and weekend hours as needed. The role is in-person and involves travel between offices.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience managing multiple teams in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industries.
- Manage staffing, operations, and logistics across multiple offices with support from Associate Team Leaders.
- Partner with the District General Manager to develop growth plans and community involvement strategies.
- Assist in recruiting, performance reviews, and associate development.
- Lead team meetings, communicate effectively, and manage schedules and labor in all offices.
- Travel between offices as required.
- Prepare tax returns as needed, upon successful completion of required tax courses or assessments.
- People management with a focus on growth and development.
- Ability to execute growth strategies and lead a growth-oriented culture.
- Strong decision-making, communication, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Completion of H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment or Income Tax Course is preferred.

CompensationThe pay range is $15.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience and location. Successful candidates may participate in incentive plans and benefits, including health coverage, 401(k), and employee discounts.
