Indigo Health is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (or Nurse Practitioner) to join our highly cohesive and innovative team. This is a float position to support our urgent care clinics. Providers at Indigo are passionate about modernizing medicine by making it simpler, friendlier, and more accessible for all. • Full time: 14 shifts per month. Schedules are created two months in advance with team input, offering flexibility with weekend and holiday rotations.
• Compensation:
  Earning potential of $200k+, part of Indigo’s market‑leading total rewards and compensation philosophy for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
• Typical shift: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.
• Clinics open 7 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Schedule may vary for float pool team members; same‑day shift changes may occur when unforeseen circumstances or callouts require providers to fill in.

• Provide urgent care services across all ages, including suturing, splinting, minor office procedures, and X‑ray reads.
• Practice autonomously while maintaining high standards of care.
• Lead and mentor fellow providers as desired.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient experience initiatives.

• Washington license (active and in good standing) by the time of employment.
• DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
• Current BLS certification for healthcare providers by the American Heart Association.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience post‑degree in urgent care, emergency department, or family medicine.
